Mobile IPv6 finally proposed standard

The last remaining hurdle at the IESG was lifted on the MN-HA IPsec draft. This means that we now have a complete set approved for MIPv6 as a proposed standard.
The actual documents are: draft-ietf-mobileip-ipv6-24.txt draft-ietf-mobileip-mipv6-ha-ipsec-06.txt
